• What is a certified vehicle?
A certified vehicle is usually considered to be in optimal condition and in many cases maintain a clean history report. Usually, various mechanical items are usually performed on the vehicle, and most/all service is updated. As a client you can usually expect for the tires, brakes, and certain components to meet a specific standard. The vehicle tends to be exceptionally clean and even some body is rectified. The odometer reading is verified, and the vehicle must pass a multi-point inspection.
• What is a CarProof© Report?
As a CarProof Dealer©, we are always more than willing to provide a verification report to all of our consumers. The data contained in these types of reports usually estimate damage from body shops, police records, US history and auction declarations, accident claim dollar amount, registration, branding, verified odometer readings, all enforceable liens, etc.
• Do you accept trade-ins?
Yes! We most definitely accept vehicles for trade. Please let us know what you may be in the market to receive for your vehicle, and we will do our very best to comply with such arrangements.
• What is an extended warranty?
At CARS 101, we have extended warranty packages available for each of our vehicles. An extended warranty contract agrees to compensate a client for claims caused from mechanical failure, and/or breakdowns. This type of contract is intended to protect a consumer from attempting to manage unforeseen costly repairs.
• Do you provide financing?
Yes! Our finance specialists have been providing our clients with advantageous finance opportunities. At Cars 101, our used fixed and variable rates are unmatched; we want you to drive home the vehicle of dreams as much as you do!
• How can I protect the environment with my next vehicle purchase?
Our clients are always our main focus. As required, we perform an emission test for each one of our vehicles. Also, we have teamed up with some of the industries best appearance protection products. Our products are eco-friendly and even use natural ingredients. Our products do not pollute the environment and even offer warranty coverage. • Are you open on Sunday?
Unfortunately, we do not open on Sunday. However, you are more than welcome to go ahead and book an appointment with one of our sales associates.
• Is my personal information private?
Protecting your privacy is one of our main concerns. Our customer information may only be used or disclosed for the purpose for which it was collected unless the customer has otherwise consented, or when it is required or permitted by law.
